- Ready to list your home for sale and need some help with your TO-DO list?
- Have you recently closed on your new home and need to find the right contractor for the job?
- Want to save some money on local contractors and get the best work done as possible? You have come to the right place.
If you have been given advice about selling your home that says to sell it ‘as-is’, this may not be the best advice for you. Very few buyers are willing to spend top dollar for a new home, only to have to do major upgrades or repairs after the purchase. It may be in your best interest to use a reliable and inexpensive contractor to do the work for you.
Perhaps you need the services of an attorney that is experienced with real estate law and best practices, (not a referral by your brother-in-law’s girlfriend of a friend she works with) who can get your deal done with using a network of trusted sources in a timely manner.
This is my list of trustworthy people I have used and referred to my clients to help them before, during, and after a transaction. I trust them and they understand the urgency of a real estate transaction.
This list is not all-inclusive; I add and subtract to it on a regular basis. If you have someone that you think would add value to the real estate transaction, please let me know and I will add them.
